TAM TAM – Chocolat Blanc are round cakes with a double sensation: a soft dark chocolate flavoured edge and a melting white chocolate heart.

St Michel is a famous french biscuit brand since 1920. They are made in a family biscuit factory in the west of France.

Composition

Ingredients: eggs, sugar, rapeseed oil, wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, white chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin), rice flour, starches, cocoa powder, salt.

Stabilizers: glycerol and sorbitols. Baking powders: sodium diphosphates and carbonates (WHEAT).
