Description

A madeleine is a small traditional French cake made with butter, flour and eggs. It is shaped like a shell and can be long or round.

Composition

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, fresh EGGS, invert sugar syrup, blueberry puree, natural flavors of vanilla (contains alcohol) and blueberry, concentrated lemon juice, salt.

Stabilizer: glycerol. Gelling agent: pectins. Baking powder : sodium carbonates and citrates (WHEAT). Acidity corrector: sodium citrates.
