Galettes are traditional french biscuits made with butter, wheat flour and eggs. St Michel Galettes are made since 1920 in a family biscuit factory in the west of France.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, sunflower oil, WHEAT starch, MILK chocolate (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithins), skimmed MILK powder, cocoa butter, HAZELNUTS paste, EGGS, cocoa paste, cocoa powder, whole MILK powder.

Baking powders: ammonium and sodium carbonates and citric acid, WHEAT fibres, salt, natural vanilla flavorings.

Emulsifier: lecithins (SOJA), natural flavoring.
