A madeleine is a small traditional French cake made with butter, flour and eggs. It is shaped like a shell and can be long or round.
St Michel is a famous french biscuit brand since 1920. They are made in a family biscuit factory in the west of France.

Composition
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, non-hydrogenated rapeseed oil, EGGS, glucose-fructose syrup, fresh pasteurized semi-skimmed MILK, salt.
Stabilizer: glycerol. Baking powders: sodium diphosphates and carbonates (WHEAT). Emulsifier: SOY lecithins.
